Misr Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Mansoura, Egypt, was established in 2005 according to Ministerial Decree No. (1307) of 2005, amended by Decree No. (504) of 2006, with the aim of preparing distinguished and specialized graduates to work in the fields of civil engineering, communications and computer engineering, and architectural engineering, qualified to work and deal with environmental changes, and able to deal with the open labor market in light of globalization and what it requires in terms of creative and innovative abilities.
To position Misr Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology, Mansoura as a leading and distinguished institution locally and regionally, advancing toward international recognition in engineering education and innovation, by preparing graduates capable of effectively contributing to sustainable development goals and the localization of science and technology.
To prepare a distinguished engineering graduate who is scientifically, professionally, and ethically competent, capable of keeping pace with global advancements in engineering disciplines, and committed to lifelong learning and teamwork. This is achieved through offering engineering programs aligned with the latest academic and professional standards, fostering innovation and scientific research, meeting labor market and entrepreneurship needs, serving the community, achieving sustainable development goals, and enhancing the institution’s competitiveness.
